To create a global need and demand for our affordable handcrafted products (from furniture to basket wares) guided by our basic policy of quality and total consumers’ satisfaction;
To showcase our indigenous Cebuano craftsmanship through innovatively creative designs that promote our rich, artistic cultural heritage;
To organize a team of industrial engineers in developing a high-tech information/supply system;
To provide continuous in-house training for workers and suppliers on qualitative production techniques, packaging, and other relevant skills;
To regularly hold workshops/seminars in promoting a sound work-related learning atmosphere and supportive attitude within the organization;
To locally spur economic growth by providing home-based employment and self-help handicraft business opportunities;
