To qualify as a Regular member, the entity seeking membership must meet the following requirements:
It must be a sole proprietorship duly registered with the Department of Trade and Industry, and in the case of partnerships and corporations, duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission;
It must be engaged in the export business whether directly or indirectly;
There are no derogatory information on the said applicant. Cebu-GTH reserves the right to conduct a background check on Applicant Company or association;
There are no serious objections or opposition against its membership in the Foundation
POLICY ON NEW APPLICANT FOR MEMBERSHIP
Steps to be followed:
1. Fill up the application form.
2. Submit all the documentary requirements.
3. Pay the non-refundable processing fee of Php2,500.
4. Conduct a company background check.
5. Submit the documents to the membership committee chairman for evaluation.
6. Schedule a factory visit.
7. Recommendation to the Board for the preliminary deliberation.
8. Approval for membership by the Board after the first deliberation from the previous Board meeting.
9. Notification of the approved member(s) and collection notice of the remaining dues.
10. Schedule for induction.
11. As a matter of policy, all newly approved member(s) must undergo a re visitation and re evaluation by the membership committee.
